Returning Your Order

We hope that you will love your purchases, but in the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item we operate a simple returns policy.

To arrange a return we would require you to contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.

Please note that we can only accept an item for return within 14 days of the date of despatch and in its original condition, unworn, together with its original packaging, certificate where applicable and with intact barcode security tag. Non-return of the certificate will be charged at £150 for a replacement certificate and you may be charged an additional replacement cost for packaging and any other collateral material.

Earrings are non-returnable in the interest of hygiene and safety we are unable to exchange or refund this item unless faulty.

We make all our wedding rings from scratch once you confirm the order. They are made exactly to your specification in your choice of finger size. As the ring is tailor-made for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for wedding rings.

Please note then you are returning items you will need to bear the costs of shipment and insurance. The cost will vary depending on the country where the item is dispatched from as well as the value of the item.

Note: Jewellery Garden will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your return or late delivery or cancellation of your order, so we advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.

Jewellery Garden merchandise has a lifetime warranty guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and Jewellery Garden shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

If the purchased jewellery has been in any way tampered with or altered by the customer, another jeweller or any other third party, the lifetime warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

EXCHANGING YOUR JEWELLERY

Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch.

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

Alternatively, if you see something you simply must have, you can make your purchase online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.

Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability, however, you will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at your cost for the shipping, and refunded only as a credit note.

You will be charged for any difference in cost, plus any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Refund / Exchange duration

Once the item is received, it will be sent to the Quality Assessment department where the product (s) will be inspected. If any item found to be worn, damaged, altered, resized, tampered with, or found to be mishandled in any way it will not be accepted for refund. Depending upon the payment method used, it will take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Any diamond or gemstone fallen of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advice you to get the jewellery insured yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives and notify Jewellery Garden for any defect or damage, if found any.
